Bianca Grappa Ticinese made from fresh pomace of various white grapes including Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Kerner and Pinot Grigio. Discontinuous distillation in our state-of-the-art distillery in copper and stainless steel boilers (stills), with strict electronically controlled head and tail separation.

Aged in ash and cherry barrels for 3-5 years. Soft and elegant with hints of acacia flowers, licorice, fruit and elderflower. Serve at 18-20°C in a tulip corolla-shaped Delea Grappa glass.
