Kleofe is a new elegant Extra Brut in the name of a great family tradition, whose history unfolds through several generations. We have decided to dedicate this sparkling wine to grandmother Cleofe, mother of the founder Gianfranco Follador. We pay tribute to it by attributing its name to this dry and inviting vintage, straw yellow in color, with a fine and persistent perlage, which in the fragrance recalls rose, wisteria, white peach and pear.

Starting from 1769, with the awarding of an honor to Giovanni Follador for the quality of his wine by the Doge of Venice Alvise IVº Mocenigo, the Follador family has humbly followed their passion, tracing with great care and devotion a model for Italian sparkling wine. Gianfranco Follador, descendant of Giovanni, has been able to bring about a change in the family tradition by dedicating himself to sparkling wine. In 1970, Gianfranco Follador together with his wife Italia, Follador Spumanti, founded one of the first sparkling wine companies in Valdobbiadene, continuing this tradition of quality, passion and excellence in wine production. The Follador Prosecco line is the hallmark of refined sparkling wines.
