Iron Ball’s Gin

This artisanal gin is made in small batches in a designer bar in Bangkok. The taste features pineapple, coconut, citrus, ginger, lemongrass, coriander seeds, and juniper.

For Iron Balls Gin, selected botanicals are soaked in the base alcohol at tropical air temperatures for seven days so that the aromas are absorbed.
The still is then heated slowly, adding pieces of fresh pineapple to the steam pot to allow more flavors to be absorbed through the steam infusion.

When it comes to trendy bar interior design, Australian Ashley Sutton is an expert: the designer is responsible for some of the best bar designs in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Bangkok and other Asian cities.
With the Iron Balls Distillery & Bar in Bangkok, he has once again surpassed all standards.
The copper stills housed here are not there for decoration: they also produce their own spirits, which are filled into sensational hemispherical bottles.
