VIEW: Very fine perlage of unusual persistence, with well-distributed chains forming crown density. The delicately powdery shade amplifies and makes the antique pink color shine.
AROMA: Manifests complex of well-ripened red fruit, strawberries, currants and wild peaches. Citrus and floral of violet and cyclamen. Broad in the sweetness of ripeness of freshly picked fruits and flowers.
TASTE: Elegant and full, a sublime marriage of structure and vivacity, a reference of the best expression of full energy that accompanies the pink color of life.

This Rosé was born from the idea of expressing an unusual desire, to combine the speed and energy of Pinot Noir with the elegance of Chardonnay; values that are expressed in the soft pearl color. Bubbles produced by second fermentation in the bottle, very fine and discreet that totally solicit the most discerning palate. Fifty percent of the must ferments and evolves in 228lt white oak barrels for about 8 months.

Chardonnay 80% , grapes harvested at perfect ripeness on the oldest outer moraines facing south, southeast and 20% Pinot Noir facing south, southwest.
