Franciacorta Riserva Nature Brut Millesimato is produced by the Monzio Compagnoni winery, which was founded by Marcello Monzio Compagnoni in Adro, in the province of Brescia, and now operates 30 hectares of vineyards.
This Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively of Pinot Noir grapes, vinified traditionally in white and sparkling according to the classic method. Aging on the lees is 60 months.
Straw-yellow in color, the nose opens with scents of walnut husk, bay and cookies, with delicate vanilla notes. The sip is fresh and complex, with long persistence.
Ideal paired with elaborate fish and red meat dishes.
