The color of Soave classico Otto is light yellow, and its aromas are rich in floral (hawthorn and jasmine) and yellow-fleshed fruit (stone fruit, peach and apricot).

The palate shows clear mineral freshness and a definite savoriness.

Graziano Prà has followed the winery since the early 1980s, although his destiny as a winemaker was marked by his grandfather and father. Thanks to him, the importance of territories such as Monte Grande, the winery’s cru, and Monte Bisson in Soave and Morandina in Valpolicella has grown.
