Mirabeau Gin is a classic Dry Gin. Mirabeau used a 100% grape-based neutral spirit that adds roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. Lemons and coriander add layers of fresh citrus character. Iris and Angelica roots impart floral and earthy tones, respectively.

Rose petals, lavender and jasmine are used sparingly to impart a variety of floral tones. Finally, Laurel, Thyme and Rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous character to the blend.

The various components lend smoothness to a classic core, making this gin round enough to sip on its own. Mirabeau suggests adding a dry vermouth for the perfect martini or garnish with your favorite tonic. Mirabeau partnered with Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic to create the signature Mirabeau Dry Gin and Tonic, garnished with a sprig of rosemary.

Mirabeau’s story is one of following a dream and the pursuit of a deep passion for wine. Founded in 2010, Mirabeau has garnered some of the wine industry’s most prestigious awards, and Stephen and Jeany Cronk are delighted that people enjoy their wines around the world.

After years of dreams and intrigue, Jeany and Stephen have decided to leave behind the leafy suburbs of South London in exchange for the blue skies and sunshine of Provence. With three small children in tow, they held hands and launched into the unknown. Armed with great ambitions to produce a world-class rosé wine and willing to challenge established wisdom, they founded Mirabeau. They embarked on the latest family adventure and created one of the world’s most beloved rosé brands.
