This rum is the flagship of the distillery and is world famous.
Golden yellow color. The flavor is delicate, with a subtle sweetness and a wonderful scent of raisins and apples.
Stored for at least 12 years in selected oak barrels.
Martinique is justifiably proud of its rum. It is made directly from sugarcane juice, can be called agricultural rum, and tastes especially good. At Depaz, Nora Carrion-Martinez from Cuba is responsible for storing and blending the rums. The rums have a wonderfully fresh fruitiness and are extremely complex.
