House de Sousa’s prestigious champagne
Grapes come only from the highest positions in the house.
It has a very aromatic flavor; the range is between fresh citrus, peach, apricot, and quince with hints of honey and gingerbread.
Prestigious champagnes from 60- to 100-year-old vines. 100% chardonnay. Aged for ten months in old wooden barrels. It receives a double battonage and is then bottled unfiltered.

ORGANIC VEGAN WINE
Erick de Sousa produces fine champagne from wines from 8.5 hectares of land. It is at home in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, and most of the vineyards have Grand Cru status. Two-thirds of the vines are more than 40 years old. Gradually they are converting to biodynamic cultivation.
