A wine with great aging potential.

A truly original wine that is the result of the experimental nature of Agriloro, which wanted to enhance the fruit of years of viticultural research and development in varieties. With its 11 grape varieties, one could call it the Ticinese Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Purple-red color tending to purplish. Aromatic, spicy aroma, particularly reminiscent of thyme. Good complexity and elegance. Long and persistent spicy flavor. Possesses good aromatic richness supported by important structure and well-integrated tannicity

The grape varieties are harvested and vinified separately. After 20 to 30 days of maceration, malolactic fermentation and subsequent 20-month aging take place in French barriques. Final blending occurs only before bottling.

Aging: over 10 years

Meinrad C. Perler, founder of Agriloro SA, acquired the Ör Estate in 1981. The entire complex is ancient and is already mentioned in 7th-century documents as one of the most important vineyards in Mendrisiotto. Over the past two decades, the vineyard has been completely renovated and planted with 28 grape varieties.
