Legend has it that a Dominican friar, a certain Francisco de Carabantes, introduced the vine in Chile, in the middle of the 16th century.
The name of this wine is a tribute to the memory of Carabantes.
Our syrah is unique, with its aromas of violet, rosemary and blueberries.
The structure is elegant and in any case suitable for maturing at least one decade in the bottle.
