Cabajo is straw yellow with golden hues. Fragrant aroma, with citrus notes, hints of bread crust and yeast, as in the best of traditions.
Full flavor, with just the right amount of acidity, but this does not detract from its suavity and elegance.

can speak to the other person, can be “dialogue”….
A vineyard raised in a given soil and climate context certainly generates a wine that possesses, within itself, the capacity and strength to tell its own story.
It tells its own story by itself, without the need for singers, and also speaks a bit about the passion and love of those who gave birth to it.
And the “singing” of these wines cannot bore.
