VIEW: White foam and persistent perlage, with fine bubbles, indicating a long period of aging. Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

BOUQUET: Intense, broad and delicate with fresh fruit, a sensation of maturity. Fragrant of rennet apple and light of sage and honey.

TASTE: Persuasive of excellent complexity, fully satisfying of white-fleshed fruit and citrus freshness. Savory and extremely elegant.

From Chardonnay grapes from the most suitable and fresh lands of Garda exposed in the morning. Soft and slow pressing of whole grapes. First fermentation at a controlled temperature, keeping each variable linked to the integrity of each single vineyard separate. 35% of the must ferments and evolves in small old 228lt white oak barrels for about 8 months.
Bubbles produced with the second fermentation in the bottle, very fine and discreet that totally solicit the most discerning palate.

From 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested at perfect ripeness on the oldest internal and external moraines of the lake facing South, South-East.

It all begins with a deep passion of a man who, living in an area with a historic “Rosè” vocation, decides to undertake an experience as a winemaker and cellarman on his own. Mattia Vezzola senior thus purchases the first vineyards in Moniga in the “Costa” locality, where it will rise about 60 years after the current Costaripa winery.

Costaripa is located in the heart of Valtènesi in Moniga del Garda.

The architecture that can be glimpsed, redraws the features of the surrounding land and through the use of natural materials blends completely into the morphology and colors of the place in harmony with the territory.

The winery has always represented the value of the search for new technologies in the service of tradition and respect for a philosophy exclusively aimed at quality.

The winery, in its close relationship with man, opens its doors to tours and guided tastings to intensely savor the history and typicality of its wines.
