VISUAL APPEARANCE: soft and creamy foam. Good persistence of a tenuous crown; subtle and continuous perlage.

COLOR: intense straw yellow.

BOUQUET: rich, elegant, varied. Hints of tropical yellow ripe fruit, which progressively concentrate and then evolve into notes of candied citrus.

TASTE: to the taste it reveals a marked acidity and sapidity, it has a great structure, a rare pleasantness to drink which ends with a long and precise finish.
