With Berliner Brandstifter Nonalcoholic, the producers have tried to orient themselves as closely as possible to Berlin Dry Gin in terms of taste. The nonalcoholic alternative to gin maintains the balance between juniper notes and the finer aromas of elderflower, rosehip and cucumber, which give it a particularly pleasant freshness and floral note. It is ideal with a tonic on the rocks or as a mocktail.
Berliner Brandstifter Nonalcoholic arrives like its alcoholic counterpart from Berliner Brandstifter GmbH and features the many herbs, spices and fruits. It has a soft, delicate and fresh character with balanced notes of juniper and fruit. Elderberry, rosehip, orchid, cucumber and birch give it its particular finesse and freshness.
Like its alcoholic counterpart, non-alcoholic Berliner Brandstifter is produced in a complex individual distillation process: each botanical used is distilled separately, which means that the aromas can be perfectly coordinated with each other in terms of sensory perception. The composition of each distillate is eventually mixed with water instead of alcohol, which reduces the alcohol content of the final product to almost zero. Seven-level filtration ensures product quality and purity.
Vincent Honrodt founded the company in 2009. His great-grandfather already distilled excellent spirits for his family, friends and employees. The tradition should continue, now wheat and gin are distilled – only in Berlin and only with ingredients from the surrounding area.
