A deep ruby red, it offers a bouquet with definite hints of well-ripened red fruit, raspberry, black cherry and plum, accompanied by ethereal and spicy notes.
The palate is harmonious, soft and warm, with a finish balanced by good flavor and excellent persistence.

Partial withering of 30% of the grapes for about 45 days.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25/30°C for 12 days.
12 months of aging in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
