It is a pure Chardonnay that is aged in the bottle for at least 24 months. It is recognized by its persuasive creaminess and rare drinkability.

VISUAL APPEARANCE: soft and creamy froth. Good persistence of a faint corona; fine and continuous perlage.

COLOR: deep straw yellow.

BOUQUET: rich, elegant, varied. Hints of ripe yellow tropical fruit, which in progression become more concentrated and then evolve into notes of candied citrus.

TASTE: The palate reveals marked acidity and savoriness, presents great structure, rare drinkability that ends with a long, precise finish.
